   Countries of origin of UREA 46%N (Prilled/Granular): Russia and Ukraine.

   Countries of origin of Sugar ICUMSA 45: Brazil.

   Delivery is only in any port ASWP on conditions CIF (from 30 to 45 days after opening non-operative L/C). The request to not send orders, if condition of the Buyer less (12500 MT / 25000 MT / 50000 MT).

   Performance Bond is only 2 Percent.

   Payment will be in United States Dollars and Guaranteed by an Irrevocable, Transferable, Revolving or Auto Revolving and Confirmed Documentary Letter of Credit or SBLC and (T/T) Wire transfer of funds. (TRDLC, TARDLC, TSBLC, TRSBLC, TARSBLC, TSBLC + T/T (Wire), TDLC + TSBLC)

   SGS at Seller cost performed at Loading Port for Quantity and Quality Specifications, at Seller�s expense.
